LAC standoff: China’s defence minister accuses India of 'acting provocatively'

China shifts the blame on India for ongoing border standoff in the eastern Ladakh. Accusing India of acting provocatively, Chinese defence minister Wei Fenghe said that it's not the responsibility of Beijing to resolve for the standoff.
