‘Modi govt working under…’: Rakesh Tikait on talks with Centre over farm laws

Bharatiya Kisan Union leader Rakesh Tikait said the Centre should not put conditions if it wants to resume talks with the protesting farmers. Earlier, Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar spoke on talks with farmers. Tikait’s remarks come after Tomar asserted that the farm laws would bring revolutionary changes in the lives of farmers, and made it clear that the government was ready to hold talks with the protesters, except on the demand of the repeal of these laws. Farmers have been protesting against Centre’s farm laws for over 7 months. Farmers demand that the three farm laws be rolled back. Watch the full video for more.
