'Modi would win all awards…': Owaisi's film industry jibe at PM | UP polls

• AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi took a dig at PM Narendra Modi, calling him the 'best actor’. Owaisi said that the PM entered politics by mistake & would have given a run for money to actors. The AIMIM MP’s remarks came against the backdrop of PM Modi's assurance of repealing farm laws. He said that the PM announced the repeal of farm laws to appease farmers in view of 2024 polls. “After announcing the repeal of farm laws, the PM said there had been some shortcoming in his tapasya (penance). PM Modi would have received the best actor award had he entered politics,” he said. “You never leave any chance of turning yourself into a hero in front of people. You announced the repeal of farm laws to appease farmers in view of 2024 elections,” he added.
