On Cam: Girl jumps off Delhi metro station, caught; Later succumbs to injuries

A young girl who jumped off a 40-foot high elevated platform of Akshardham Metro Station in Delhi yesterday succumbed to injuries. The 25-year-old died due to multiple fractures in her leg and back. The victim hailed from Punjab's Hoshiarpur and had reportedly lost her job recently. The deceased was deaf-mute and it is unclear as to why she took the extreme step which was caught on camera.
