As India takes over G20 Presidency, PM Modi calls for 'shift in fundamental mindset'. India's year-long presidency will 'encourage an honest conversation on mitigating risks posed by weapons of mass destruction,' said the Prime Minister. External Affairs Minister who was at the G20 University Connect session, said that 'time is on our side and the world will get to know India's approach better.'
