Russia plotting blackout in Europe? Ukraine ally and EU member raises alarm

Austria believes there is a 'very high probability' that European Union will be hit by widespread electricity blackouts soon due to Russian 'hacking attacks'. Austrian Defense Minister Klaudia Tanner said that 'the question is not whether it will happen but when'. This was after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that incessant shelling from the Russian side had left at least 9 million citizens without power.
