In a major win for PM Narendra Modi's bonhomie with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Russian Envoy to UN, Vassily Nebenzia endorsed India's call for reforms. "History is the best teacher that has the worst students," he quoted late Indian PM Indira Gandhi. This was the biggest backing yet to India's efforts, pushing for a reformed global body.
