Russian state TV employee's daring act; Displays 'no war' poster during newscast

- A dissenting employee of Russia's state-owned Channel 1 has interrupted channel's one of most-watched evening news broadcast. A woman named Marina Ovsyannikova barged into the studio with a poster, condemning Russia's action in Ukraine. The poster she was carrying has 'no war, stop the war, don't believe the propaganda, they are lying to you here' written on it. She also shouted 'stop the war'. The woman has been identified as the editor of the channel and is currently under custody. She even recorded a video denouncing Russia's war with Ukraine hours before the incident. Meanwhile, Ukraine President Zelensky has thanked the woman for not stopping from conveying the truth. Watch this video to know more.
