Tawang clash showdown in RS; Dy Chairman reads rulebook as Cong MPs storm well of the house

Massive ruckus erupted in Rajya Sabha for the third consecutive day as opposition MPs request for discussion on the Dec 9 clash between India and China in Tawang sector of Arunachal Pradesh was turned down yet again. Congress MPs led by Mallikarjun Kharge appealed for a debate but the Rajya Sabha chairman schooled them with rulebook. As the winter session continued, the MPs refused to relent and stormed the well of the house. The Rajya Sabha was then adjourned.
