Ukraine fears more Russian horror; Putin plots Army expansion

The Russian military is set to undergo a major reorganization of armed forces, including increasing the age for mandatory conscription, as the war in Ukraine drags on. The proposals, announced earlier this week by Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, would expand the size of Russia's armed forces to 1.5 million troops and modernize its Soviet-era force structure.
