The United States Air Force has sent its B-1B bombers to in Guam. This is the long-range aircraft's second deployment to the pacific island this year amid regional tensions over Taiwan and the looming prospect of a new North Korean nuclear test. Pentagon spokesman Brigadier General Pat Ryder said that the mission was aimed at sending North Korea a message.
