Watch: Indian, US soldiers train for extreme cold; hold sled race at Yudh Abhyas

Indian & US troops carried out numerous activities during Yudh Abhyas exercise in Alaska. US troops demonstrated setting up of their Arctic tents which can hold upto 10 troops per tent. Mixed team from both troops took part in a competition to set up a tent, the Indian Army said. A team of instructors from the Indian Army’s High Altitude Warfare School also held a session. They taught US soldiers how to survive avalanches & extreme cold weather conditions. The day ended with an informal sled race where soldiers from both sides participated.
