External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar spoke about how U.S perceives India and U.S' stance on Russia-Ukraine conflict in a press conference after the 2+2 dialogue in Washington. “You're asking me, do the Americans distinguish and differentiate between India and China (over their respective stands on Russia amid the Ukraine crisis). Obviously, they do,” said S Jaishankar when asked if the U.S clearly understands the reasons behind China's and India's respective stands on Russia.
