Watch: Mamata rides pillion on electric scooter to protest petrol price hike

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee rode pillion on an electric scooter to state secretariat Nabanna in protest against petrol price hike. Banerjee was seen riding pillion on an electric scooter ridden by Kolkata Mayor Firhad Hakim. Helmet-clad Banerjee waved at people on both sides of the road during the five-km-long journey from Hazra to the state secretariat. Banerjee also donned a placard hanging around her neck against petrol price hike. The price of petrol in Kolkata is at ₹91.20 per litre on February 25. Watch the full video for more.
