PM ‘to skip’ India-Russia summit after Putin’s nuclear warning amid Ukraine war

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will not hold an annual in-person summit With Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to Bloomberg News. Citing sources, Bloomberg report claims that PM Modi decided to skip the summit after the Russian President threatened to use nukes in Ukraine. Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov also said, 'it won't be this year,' while talking about the prospects of a Putin-Modi summit, the state-run TASS News reported. It would mark only the 2nd time the leaders of India & Russia haven’t met face-to-face since 2000. Watch this report for more information.
