Popular Russian Archpriest Andrey Tkachev has proposed conscription of nightclubbers. Tkachev called for raids on nightclubs to catch 'drugged-up sinners'. The priest demanded that partygoers should be sent to frontline amid the Ukraine war. Tkachev had worked as the former head of the missionary department of the Kyiv diocese. The priest, born in Ukraine's Lvoc, moved to Russia in 2014 after the Maidan coup. Watch the video for more.
