Viktor Bout, 55, is the highest-profile Russian prisoner serving time in USA. The jailed Russian inspired the 2005 arms smuggling movie 'Lord of War' starring Nicholas Cage. Once labeled the 'Merchant of Death', Viktor Bout was sentenced to 25 years in prison on charges that he schemed to illegally sell millions of dollars in weapons.
