'Russian-made' missile hits NATO member Poland; World leaders go into a huddle

Poland government stated Russian-made missile fell in the eastern part of the country; two killed. If Russia deliberately hit Poland, it'd risk drawing the 30-nation alliance into the war. Poland shares borders with Kaliningrad (Russian exclave) & Belarus (Russian client state). Big question - A targeting error, or was missile knocked off course by Ukraine defenses?
