Saudi Arabia has granted a second $250 million installment to the government of Yemen, based in Aden. This was part of the Kingdom's one-year $1 billion grant. Yemen's central bank governor, Ahmed bin Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Maabqi, said the remaining $500 million of the grant, from which the first $250 million was paid out last August, has yet to be transferred to the bank as it is struggling with a weak currency and high fuel prices.
