Chennai pitch will help Harbhajan: Sivaramakrishnan

Former Indian cricketer L Sivaramakrishnan said that teams have budget constraints and they pick players accordingly. He said that for CSK, Ashwin was more expensive that's why they chose Harbhajan but he added that the former Mumbai Indians spinner will have an advantage on the Chennai pitch. The Chennai Super Kings has bought Harbhajan Singh for Rs. 2 crores. Speaking on the harshness of the punishment meted out to Smith, Warner, and Bancroft, former Indian leg-spinner, L Sivaramakrishnan felt it will at least ensure that nobody indulges in ball tampering in future.
