Fennell asks for probe into graft allegations

Voicing his concern over the allegations of corruption in the preparations for the Commonwealth Games 2010, Mike Fennell, President of the Commonwealth Games Federation, in New Delhi on Thursday, called for a thorough probe as per the law of the land. Fennell on Thursday monitored and assessed the preparations for the mega event to be held in the capital in October. Meanwhile, he expressed satisfaction over the progress of the preparations for the Games. Fennel also hailed India's security preparedness for the event.
