India's opening batsman Virender Sehwag posted his second successive Test century on March 28 at the MA Chambaram stadium in Chennai, as India's openers made a strong reply against South Africa in the opening Test match against South Africa. The century partnership between Sehwag and Jaffer is the highest of their three opening wicket century partnerships, surpassing the 159-run stand against the West Indies at Gros Islet two years ago.
