U.S. lashes China, Russia; 'West failed to curb ‘Ukraine misinformation war…’

Amid soaring tension between the United States and China, a U.S. special envoy has accused China of spending billions globally to spread poisonous disinformation, including 'propaganda' aligned with Russia on Ukraine. During his Europe tour, U.S. Special Envoy said the West has been slow to respond to China's disinformation.
