After IRIS Dena sinking, Iran minister reveals Hormuz Strait twist: West creating oil crisis?

Saeed Khatibzadeh, Deputy Foreign Minister of Iran, made a significant statement regarding the strategic Strait of Hormuz, saying Tehran has not closed the vital global oil route despite rising tensions in the Middle East. Speaking at an event in India, Khatibzadeh stressed that Iran remains “an anchor of stability” in the Strait of Hormuz and would formally announce any decision to shut the strait. The comments come amid escalating tensions between Iran, the United States, and Israel following recent military confrontations in the region.
