China hits bat at Taiwan over the latter’s remarks of “not bowing to pressure”. China’s Ma Xiaoguang said the Taiwanese President’s remarks “incite confrontation”. "Tsai's remarks incite confrontation, distort facts, mislead the public in the name of so-called unity and consensus while colluding with external forces to seek independence,” said Ma Xiaoguang, spokesperson of China's State Council Taiwan Affairs Office. Earlier, Taiwan President Tsai Ing-Wen said Taipei will not act rashly but there should be absolutely no illusions that the Taiwanese people will bow to pressure. This comes days after China sent its military plans into the Taiwanese air defence zone. Watch the full video for more details.
