Russia hit out at the United Kingdom after a report suggested that its chief of defence staff, Admiral Sir Tony Radakin, helped Ukraine make a 'battle plan.' Russian President Vladimir Putin's press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, said that "Britain’s direct military involvement in Ukraine was never a secret."
