BBC’s subtitle fiasco amid report on UK's King & Queen leaves internet in splits

- The British Broadcasting Channel (BBC) committed a major subtitle blunder during its coverage of King Charles III following the demise of Queen Elizabeth II. The fiasco happened as the news presenter explained how Queen Consort and Queen Regina differ. BBC’s auto-subtitles replaced Regina with the word vagina on the screen.
