Brazilian blind women learn make-up to help boost confidence

With every stroke, and every dab… these women say their self-esteem is improving. Regardless if they can even see how they look. A free program lead by beauticians in Sao Paulo, Brazil is teaching blind women how to do their own makeup - from contouring to highlights to even applying false eyelashes. Maria Mirian said she may not SEE her face like other people, but she imagines it and believes she is beautiful. Braille dots on the cosmetics allow them to find the colors and brushes they need. The application is a practiced skill - for all women, will all types of eyes.
