CCTV captures explosion at Bangkok store as city hosted ASEAN meet

A closed-circuit television camera captured an explosion in a store in Bangkok. The blast was one of several which rocked the Thai capital while it hosted an ASEAN summit. In the CCTV footage, a man wearing a hat can be seen near the spot where the blast later occurred. The store was closed at the time of the explosion. Foreign ministers of ASEAN and other nations had collected in the city for a summit. India's External Affairs Minister, S. Jaishankar, was also present at the meet.
