'Frustrated' By Putin's Moscow 'Revenge', Ukraine Strikes Own Warship With Neptune Missile

Ukraine has admitted to hitting its own warship in the Black Sea with Neptune missiles. The missile strike damaged the warship, which Russia snatched from Ukraine during its seizure of Crimea in 2014. Ukraine said the Konstantin Olshansky was hit by Ukrainian missile as Russia was preparing it for attack against the war-torn nation.
