Hot air balloons adorn English skies while attempting world record

A fleet of colourful hot air balloons left the English coast for France on Friday, April 7, attempting to break the record for most balloons to cross the English Channel. About 85 balloons took part in the attempt. The current record stands at 49 balloons, said Guinness World Records, who have yet to ratify the new mark.
