Indian hackers targeted multiple Pakistani politicians, Army officials, and diplomats. According to a report published by The Sunday Times and The Bureau of Investigative Journalism, a Gurugram-based hacking gang reportedly "spied" on dozens of high-profile individuals in Pakistan. The report claimed that "snooping" was done at the behest of India's secret services. Former Pakistan President and Army General Pervez Musharraf was "the most famous target."
