Imran Khan made China ‘uncomfortable’! Why Xi Jinping govt disliked Ex-Pak PM

  • China, reportedly, disliked Imran Khan when he was the Prime Minister of Pakistan. As per a report by Pakistan Daily, China has offered $2.3 billion to Pakistan, at much-reduced interest rate months after Imran Khan was ousted at the PM. China was unhappy about Imran Khan's interference in the CPEC projects when he was the PM, according to a latest communique between the Beijing-based Pakistan Ambassador and the Foreign Office. It further added that the Chinese leadership expressed its desire to work more comfortably with new PM Shehbaz Sharif because of its past experience with him when he was the Chief Minister of Punjab province.
