Jeep buried in sand pulled out after 40 years

An aged Jeep Wagoneer was pulled from underneath a Cape Cod sand dune in Truro, Massachusetts, after it sat buried there for roughly 40 years. The vehicle had been parked in a wooden shed decades ago along Ballston Beach in Truro, Massachusetts. Over time, rolling ocean tides and high winds buried the Jeep with sand. John Musnuff, who is a member of the family that owns the Jeep, was on site for the removal of the Jeep. “It's been there for 40 years and was kind of rusty, but it came out and I got a couple of souvenirs,” Musnuff said.
