'Must give peace a chance': Pak Army chief's message to India, skips Kashmir

- Without naming India, Pakistan Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has sent a message to New Delhi, calling for peace and change in status quo. Without talking Kashmir, Bajwa called for the resolution of all bilateral issues with South Asian neighbours.
