Nawaz Sharif’s shoe throwing incident isn’t the first one in Pakistan
At a rally in Lahore, Nawaz Sharif was hurled a shoe and that rattled the former prime minister of Pakistan. Nawaz Sharif had come to the forum to address the public in order to start the general elections promotion in the country. But of late, his political party PML-N has been at the eye of the storm for the Pakistani crowd. It was on Match 10, a man threw ink at Pakistan’s foreign minister Khwaja Asif during a convention in Sialkot. On the very same day, interior minister Ahsan Iqbal was thrown a shoe in his home constituency in Narowal. The ministers have accused Imran Khan’s PTI for all the attacks on their ministers. But Imran Khan has condemned the attack on Sharif. Will the Pakistani public hurl more shoes to get their points across?
