N Korea pumps ballistic arsenal; Fires missile toward Seoul | Japan sounds alarm

North Korea is pumping its nuclear arsenal. In yet another launch, Pyongyang fired a short-range ballistic missile towards the Eastern Sea. According to Japan's military, which detected the launch, the missile flew about 250 kilometres at a maximum altitude of 50 kilometres. Japan also issued an emergency alert after the missile was tested. The latest launch comes amid an ongoing record-breaking missile testing campaign for the last few months. Watch this video for more.
