Preparations and protests are underway as Donald Trump is expected to become the 45th President of the United States. President-elect and soon-to-be president Donald Trump tweeted just hours before he's scheduled to be sworn in by U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts at 11:47 a.m. Trump will then deliver his inaugural address.
