Russia responds to nuclear threat claims day after Biden's big warning

Kremlin spokesperson told local media that Russia has a clear nuclear deterrence policy when asked about Western claims that the country might use nuclear weapons in Ukraine. Earlier too, top Russian officials have dismissed western claims that the country might resort to nuclear weapons, calling them 'absurd'.
