A big tragedy at the Halloween event in South Korea's capital, Seoul. More than 100 people were killed after a stampede broke out in the lively nightlife area of Itaewon. Scores of bodies were lying on the streets, and people dressed in colourful Halloween costumes were seen fleeing the spot. Over 100,000 people came to celebrate the event in an alleyway that is just four metres wide.
