Sri Lanka: 15 killed in gunfight between troops & suspected IS militants

Bodies of 15 people, including six children, were discovered at a gunfight site on the east coast of Sri Lanka.Three suspected suicide bombers were among the 15 dead. The gun battle between troops and suspected Islamist militants erupted on Friday evening Sainthamaruthu in Ampara. Sri Lankan security forces raided a safe house of suspected Islamist militants. The troops found a stock of explosives and other raw materials used to manufacture bombs.
