UK on course for Brexit as Boris Johnson gets thumbs up from voters

The United Kingdom has voted emphatically in favour of Boris Johnson's Conservative party. Speaking to the media, the UK PM said that he this is a mandate for Brexit and promised to deliver on his promises. Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn announced that he would not lead the party in the next general elections. Boris Johnson has promised Brexit by January 31, 2020 and now faces the task of securing a trade deal with the European Union.
