U.S. Air Force launches 'arrow' hypersonic missile from B-52H Stratofortress Bomber | Watch

U.S air force successfully conducted a hypersonic missile test from its strategic bomber. B-52h Stratofortress, a U.S subsonic strategic bomber, released the AGM-183A air-launched rapid response weapon (ARRW) off the south California coast. Pentagon revealed that its ARRW missile reached hypersonic speed of mach 5 or five times the speed of sound and detonated in the terminal area. Hypersonic missile are extremely lethal primarily because of their speed and their ability to maneuver mid-flight, making them very difficult to shoot down.
