US envoy urges Moscow to not break ties over Ukraine War; 'Don't shut…'

The US envoy to Moscow was quoted saying that Russia should not close the U.S. embassy despite the Ukraine war. The U.S. ambassador John J. Sullivan was appointed by former President Donald Trump.
