Russia's 'high-precision' missile strike on Ukraine's second largest city, Kharkiv, broke a huge TV tower in half on Monday. Dramatic visuals of the attack showed the 787-foot tall TV tower breaking off and falling to the ground. Ukrainian authorities said that Russia apparently used Kh-59 missile for the strike.
