Watch | Thousand pounds butter sculpture of a dairy farm

This year's Pennsylvania Farm Show has a special butter sculpture that pays tribute to the history of environmental stewardship by dairy farmers. The sculpture was crafted out of one-thousand pounds of butter. When the show is over the thousand pounds of butter will be taken to a local dairy farm and run through a methane digester and converted into renewable energy.
