China offers $10 billion to SCO members

Chinese President Hu Jintao announced a loan of $10 billion to the member states of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) during a session of the summit. Chinese President Hu Jintao made the announcement during his address at the summit in Beijing. India is represented by foreign minister, SM Krishna who is on a three-day visit to China.
