China resumes train services on hit track

Services have resumed on the railway line in China's Shandong Province after the country experienced its worst train accident in over a decade. Chinese authorities have ruled out the possibility of the train accident that killed at least 70 people on Monday being a terrorist act. Citing preliminary investigations, China has said that the accident was caused by human error and blamed excessive speed for the mishap.
