Pakistani lawyers have urged that the sacked Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhary, along with other judges, should be reinstated after President Musharraf's party lost the elections. Pakistani lawyers have also called for President Pervez Musharraf to step down. They also added that they want the issue of sacked judges to be settled prior to March 9, 2008.
