Obama takes a break from script, jokes 'I have no more campaigns to run'

President Obama set out an upbeat vision of the United States in his State of the Union address on Tuesday. In a wide-ranging speech, he highlighted recent economic successes and called for bipartisan action on the economy and education. But there was a moment when the US president went off-script after his political opponents cheered one section of his address. He said, "I have no more campaigns to run." and received applause from the Republican side of the aisle. Obama then shot back: "I know, because I won both of them."
